Mouthfill Members

Welcome to your course content — you’re now beginning a structured, step-by-step training pathway designed to build your equalisation skills correctly and safely. Below you’ll find Stage One, Stage Two, and Stage Three. Only work on the stage I tell you to do — do not move ahead until you’re instructed. Use a mirror for all exercises and follow them in the exact order presented. Record and send your practice videos to +44 7427 684229 for feedback. Remember to contact me to book your live classes each week, as these are a key part of your progress. For best results, train 15–30 minutes per session, twice a day, for 3–5 days a week and stay consistent.
