Equalization Course Structure & Support

Both the Mouthfill and Advanced Frenzel courses follow a similar learning structure and require the use of an equalisation training tool.

These are self-study courses designed for divers who are willing to actively engage in the learning process. Each course includes 2 months of coaching support, focused specifically on the dry equalisation drills and exercises within the program. Support does not extend to water-based equalisation, diving training, or other aspects of freediving coaching. If you are looking for a complete coaching package with personalised training and water-session guidance, please contact me directly.

How the Course Works

The Mouthfill course is divided into three progressive stages: A, B, and C. Each stage builds upon the previous one, gradually increasing in complexity as your control and awareness improve.

The primary focus of the course is to develop a deep understanding of the key anatomy involved in equalisation and to learn how to isolate, control, and coordinate these structures effectively. This foundation is essential for developing a reliable and efficient mouthfill.

Throughout the course, you'll gain access to member-only articles covering topics such as:

  • Understanding the Mouthfill Factor

  • How to Build a Water Bubbler

  • Managing the Mouthfill at Depth

  • Where and When to Charge the Mouthfill

  • Why Mouthfills Collapse or Get Swallowed

  • Common Equalisation Problems and Solutions

Each lesson includes detailed video demonstrations with accompanying descriptions explaining exactly what I am doing and why. Your task is to study the material carefully and replicate the exercises as accurately as possible and send me your videos for feedback.

Commitment Required

This course is not a quick fix. Success requires active participation, consistent practice, and a willingness to learn. I recommend dedicating 1–2 hours per week, ideally split into 30-minute training sessions, to achieve the best results.

Your initial purchase includes 2 months of coaching support, with additional support available if required.
