We begin with an initial video or phone consultation to discuss your goals, current challenges, and training history. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, breath-hold performance, equalisation, mindset, or any other aspect of your diving, this call allows me to assess where you are and identify the areas that will have the biggest impact on your progress.
Following our consultation, I will create a personalised training programme tailored to your needs, with ongoing support and weekly guidance to keep you moving towards your goals.
Whether you have access to deep water regularly or are limited to dry training at home, I can design a programme around the facilities, equipment, and time available to you.

All athletes joining the 6-Week Coaching Programme receive access to my Mouthfill Equalisation Video Library.
These step-by-step videos will guide you through the drills and exercises I use to develop efficient mouthfill equalisation.
You will complete the exercises and send me videos of your practice for detailed feedback and corrections.
