Hello, I’m Matt Hill British competitive freediver, instructor, coach, and spearfisherman with over 20 years of experience in the ocean and one of the deepest Free immersion specialists in the world.
Today, I travel internationally competing, freediving, and spearfishing while coaching hundreds of students each year to improve performance, confidence, and mindset.I work with everyone from complete beginners to serious athletes, both in person and remotely worldwide.

Join Me in Dahab Egypt from the 20th of September 2026 to the end of November to learn how to freedive like a professional freediver. Deep Mouthfill, advanced stretching, free fall, physical conditioning, Workshops and advanced safety and rescue drills. (You must be able to dive to 25m already)
