Service Description

Join us for two thrilling days of freediving training for just £325! This fee includes pool rental, access to deep quarries, and all necessary equipment, with an additional charge of £35-£45 for boat use (weather permitting). **Day 1** We start with crucial freediving theory and breathing techniques, followed by a comprehensive pool session focused on static breath-holding, rescue techniques, and dynamic apnea. In the afternoon, we cover open water theory and relaxation training, refining your style and diving technique, including free immersion dives and buddy rescues at Delphy Pool. **Day 2** On your second day, you'll learn more open water diving techniques, using dive lines for safety while mastering relaxation and posture. We dive from either a boat ( weather permitting ) or continue at Delpy pool. **By the end of the course, you will cover:** - Freediving equipment - Breathing techniques - Safety protocols - Efficiency of movement - Static apnea (over 2 minutes) - Duck diving and equalization - Finning style and body positioning - Buddy systems - Deep dives (minimum 40ft) - Dynamic apnea (over 130ft)
